Herbaceous Perennial
A clump-forming, compact perennial to around 70cm in height, producing a mound of divided blue-green leaves. Pale green buds open to semi-double flowers with tightly-packed petals giving a frilly effect. Flowers are cerise at the base to white at the tops of the petals and appear in late spring to early summer
