A medium-sized annual with a branched habit and oval-shaped mid-green leaves. Small, white flowers appear in summer followed by masses of unusual long, narrow, yellow fruit. A great variety for growing in pots and containers

Best grown inside on a sunny windowsill or in a greenhouse, but can be grown outside once all danger of frost has passed; select a sunny, sheltered position and grow in containers, peat-free growing bags or in open ground.
