A compact perennial, usually grown as an annual, with finely divided, dark green leaves and red flowerheads with yellow centres from summer to autumn. They are perfect for balcony boxes, tubs or hanging baskets due to their overhanging shoots in sunny and half-shaded locations. ‘Taka Tuka’ perfectly chimes in with other summer flowers such as geraniums and petunias in mixed beds

How to grow
Cultivation
Grow on in warm frost free conditions. Acclimatise plants before planting outside in early summer. Pinch out growing points while the plants are small to encourage branching and more stems. Regular pinching will create a well balanced compact plant that is perfect for container cultivation. Will grow in any well drained soil in full sun
