Conservatory Greenhouse Houseplants
A clump-forming, rhizomatous, tender evergreen perennial to around 35cm in height, with a basal rosette of long, mid to dark green, veined and wrinkled leaves. Clusters of large, fully double, ruffled, sterile flowers are blue on the upper petals, with dark purple veining from the centre to the edges of the lower petals, over a pale yellow base, and these appear from spring through to the autumn, with the flower markings becoming more intense over several days
