A tender evergreen perennial to 60cm in height, with semi-trailing stems to 90cm in length bearing dark green lance-shaped leaves marbled white above and paler green mottled red-purple beneath. Tubular flowers 5cm long have greenish yellow tubes, and yellow-crimson lobes and throat, produced in leaf axils from summer to winter

How to Grow

Cultivation

Grow as a house or conservatory plant indoors in a peat-free houseplant compost. Position the container in bright, filtered light for best growth and flowering. Water freely and apply a half strength, general liquid feed monthly from mid spring to late summer. Water sparingly in winter. See houseplant cultivation for further information
