An evergreen perennial with narrow grey-green leaves to 20-25cm in height. A beautiful single flower, fringed with pink around each petal, with white pearlescent splashes in the centre of each petal have a very regal and heady perfume and appear from May to July. A very old cultivar, in circulation since the early 1600s
