Neat, slow-growing cultivar to a height of 7-8m, with deep purple stems and narrow, pointed dark green glossy leaves edged with spines. Clusters of white flowers appear in spring and early summer, followed in autumn and winter by red berries on female plants. Available in both male and female forms
