A deciduous shrub to 1.8m high with broadly oval, serrated green leaves. Dome-shaped clusters of flowers, with flat, widely spread petals, are produced from early to late summer. Flower colours vary depending on the pH of the soil, from pale lilac pink to clear blue, and fading to green with age

Cultivation
