It is included in an evolving list of plants carefully researched and chosen by RHS experts. Divided into 3 groups these lists, linked below, are maintained by a team of RHS staff and are reviewed annually.
'Florian' is a seed-raised everbearer, producing small flushes of fruit from late spring to early autumn. The flowers are a pretty, pale pink but the red fruit are small with poor flavour
'Ruby Ann' is a seed-raised everbearer, producing small flushes of fruit from late spring to early autumn. The flowers are a striking, bright red but the dark red fruit are small with little taste
snow white is a mid-season cultivar bearing aromatic, sweet, white fruits with a flavour said to be reminiscent of pineapple
'Redgauntlet' is is a compact, mound-forming, stoloniferous, semi-evergreen perennial to 50cm in height with with palmate, toothed, wrinkled, semi-glossy, green leaves from spring to autumn. White flowers are borne from spring to summer followed by edible, red fruit in autumn
'Finesse' is an everbearer, producing a good yield of high quality, well-flavoured, red berries in long trusses from early summer to early autumn. It has very good disease resistance, but produces few runners
'Beltran' is a seed-raised everbearer, producing small flushes of fruit from late spring to early autumn. The medium-sized , conical berries have some flavour
'Elegance' is a mid-season cultivar producing heavy crops of large, glossy fruits
'Cambridge Favourite' produces medium-sized soft berries with a good flavour in mid-season. A good producer of runners it also has excellent disease resistance
'Florence' is a late season cultivar with good disease resistance producing heavy crops of firm, long-lasting fruit
'Symphony' has bright firm berries with a good flavour. A vigorous cultivar, it has good runner production and produces fruit in mid to late season.
