'Pretty Ellen Pink' is a semi-evergreen, clump-forming perennial to 35cm tall with dark green, divided leaves. Upright flower stems bear flowers in late winter and early spring with pink-white petals spotted within
Blackthorn Group are evergreen perennials to 45cm with purplish biennial stems bearing leaves composed of three bluish-green, pale-veined leaflets. Nodding, pale pinkish-green flowers 3-5cm in width are borne in open clusters
'Winter Sunshine' is a clump-forming, semi-evergreen herbaceous perennial, up to 45cm high, with glossy dark olive-green leaves with pewter-grey veins. The large flowers, appearing from late winter to early spring, have green centres and long creamy stamens, the petals opening creamy-white and becoming pinkish-red with age
Wester Flisk Group are evergreen perennials to 80cm with erect stems and palmately-divided leaves with narrow, dark green leaflets. All stems are flushed with dark red, which suffuses into the leaf bases. Nodding, usually purple-edged, pale green flowers, to 2cm in width, are borne in large open clusters from midwinter to mid-spring
H. x ericsmithii is a hybrid between H. x sternii and H. niger. Large white flowers, tinged pink, are produced on pink stems above toothed leaves that are green with white veins and a metallic sheen. Height to 35cm
'Potter's Wheel' is a clump-forming herbaceous perennial, up to 30cm high, with dark green overwintering leaves. Bowl-shaped, rounded flowers, 10-13cm across, with overlapping pure white petals, distinct green centres, and golden-yellow stamens, appear from early winter to early spring
'Tutu' is a clump-forming, semi-evergreen herbaceous perennial, up to 45cm high, with glossy, mid-green leaves and pink flowers, with dark pink-red semi-double anemone-centres, from late winter to spring
Harvington yellow speckled is an evergreen perennial with divided, glossy, dark green leaves and upright, branched stems bearing nodding or outward-facing yellow flowers, with a flush of purple speckles, in late winter and early spring
'Winter Moonbeam' is an evergreen perennial forming a low mound to 35cm, its dark green leaves marked with silver-grey veins. From late winter into early spring, single, white, outward-facing flowers are borne on short stems; flowers age to pink and then a red colour
Harvington pink speckled is a clump-forming, semi-evergreen herbaceous perennial, up to 45cm high, with deep green leaves and outward-facing, saucer-shaped, pink flowers that are heavily-speckled with purplish red, from late winter to spring
