'Prins Claus' is a spring-flowering cultivar with white flowers, marked boldly in dark purple on the outer face of petals, particularly of the outer 3 petals
'Zwanenburg Bronze' is a perennial corm flowering with the leaves. Flowers fragrant, rich deep yellow, heavily marked outside with dark bronze
'Ard Schenk' bears large, white flowers in mid spring with a bright yellow base internally and a prominent orange-yellow stigma
C. corsicus is a perennial corm flowering as the leaves develop. Fragrant flowers with tepals to 3.5cm in length are lilac within, creamy outside with deep purple stripes
'Leichtlinii' is a perennial to 10cm in height, with narrow greyish-green leaves and slender stems bearing solitary, erect, light blue funnel-shaped flowers 3-4cm in width, with a prominent white throat
'Albus' is a perennial corm with leaves and flowers developing together in late autumn and early winter, the flowers pure white, with prominent red stigma lobes
'Bowles's White' is a cormous perennial that produces its narrow leaves at the same time as the fragrant, yellow-throated, pure white flowers appear, in late winter and early spring
C. serotinus subsp. salzmannii is an autumn-flowering corm. Funnel-shaped, lilac blue flowers, to 10cm in height, sometimes with a yellow throat, appear with the narrow, linear leaves
C. laevigatus is a corm with fragrant, light lilac-purple or white flowers striped purple on the outside, and with a yellow throat, opening from late autumn
C. ochroleucus is a cormous perennial flowering with or before the leaves. Flowers white, with a yellow throat
