'Soeur Thérèse' is a rounded, bushy, deciduous shrub, to 1.5m tall, with ovate, serrated, dark green leaves. Large white flowerheads, up to 21cm in diameter, are borne from summer into autumn and each floret has a small blue eye. As the flowerhead ages, the colour fades to pale pink
'Nikko' is a compact and low-growing shrub 60cm tall, with narrowly lance-shaped leaves often turning deep purple in autumn, and racemes of small white flowers in spring and early summer
'Sybille' is a small, arching small deciduous shrub with ovate leaves and single, fragrant, creamy-white flowers 5cm in width, tinged purple in the centre
Tuff Stuff is a compact cultivar, to 90cm tall and wide, with mid- to dark green, ovate, serrated leaves that turn attractive shades of red and purple in the autumn. Lacecap flowerheads of pink or blue-purple ray florets with contrasting greenish-white eyes surrounding the fertile florets are borne from summer into autumn. This cultivar is noted for its tolerance of low temperatures and its ability to repeat flower on new wood
Perle d'Automne is a branching, deciduous shrub, to 1.8m tall, with ovate green leaves that turn shades of orange and red in autumn. Large, conical flower panicles are borne from summer into autumn and open pure white before maturing to a pale pink colour
