An all-star line up

Gardening experts from TV, radio, magazines and online fill the talks stages. Visitors can also get books signed by their favourite gardening and cookery authors, such as Dame Mary Berry, after their talks in theatres across the Festival. Books will be available from on-site independent booksellers Rossiter Books and at signings after their talks.

Festival Theatre

Festival Theatre, hosted by Nicki Chapman, is the main stage where you can enjoy talks with some of the biggest stars of the gardening world, including the perennial favourite Gardeners’ Question Time. Guests include Frances Tophill, Alan Titchmarsh CBE and Monty Don OBE.

Festival of Houseplants Theatre

This theatre, hosted by Michael Perry (aka Mr Plant Geek), will see an array of horticultural experts sharing their advice and top tips on everything from how to choose the perfect houseplant, to troubleshooting advice for tricky specimens through talks, demos and drop-in or bookable workshops. Guests include Megan Warren-Davis, Claire Lowrie and Adam Critien.

Kitchen Theatre: Grow Your World

Step into a garden where culinary creativity meets horticultural brilliance. Designed by Jon Wheatley MBE of Stonebarn Landscapes, this Feature Garden and Kitchen Demo Stage brings the world to your plate and your planting beds.

Join us at the Kitchen Theatre, where Mark Diacono will host live cooking demonstrations that transform these garden-grown ingredients into dishes bursting with global flavour. It’s more than a garden – it’s an experience of taste, texture and tradition. Guests include Raymond Blanc OBE, Mark Stinchcombe and the Caley Bros.

Potting Shed Theatre

The Potting Shed Theatre is hosted by veteran horticulturist and his cookery expert wife, Martin and Jill Fish. The expert talks and Q&A sessions are provided by an impressive line-up of horticultural specialists, not to be missed by those new to gardening through to those with years of experience.
