Useful information

This is an event which is staged both inside and out, and as such is subject to varying weather and ground conditions. Plant crèche and porter service

There are two plant crèches available at the Festival (near Friesian Pavilion and Floral Marquee) for you to leave purchases during the day. All items must be collected by the end of the day and are left at the owner’s risk.

A porter service, run by the local Sea Cadets, is available to help get your purchases to a collection point.

There is one pot-swapping station, located within the Plant Village (Row 4, Avenue G). Here shoppers will be able to exchange plastic containers for plantable transportation sleeves, which can be planted straight into the ground. All the plastic pots collected during the festival will be recycled after the long weekend.

If you misplace items at the show, please report this to the Show Office.

If you get separated from your children please advise the closest Steward who will be able to assist you.

ATMs

RHS Gardening Advice

The RHS Gardening Advice stands are manned by our team of experts who give advice to visitors at all our shows on a host of subjects. At the RHS we are committed to protecting plant health and ask that visitors bring photographs of their plant problems to our shows rather than live plant material. This applies when visiting the RHS Gardening Advice stands or exhibitors in the floral marquees and will help to safeguard all the plants at the shows.
