Flora Scouarnec and Victoria Pease-Cox are friends as well as colleagues. Having both had successful careers in events and financial services respectively, they chose to follow their passions and retrain as garden designers.

They met when they trained together and they fulfilled a long-held ambition to form a partnership – which has brought them to RHS Hampton Court. Their previous experience includes the designing of various private gardens and working extensively on various award-winning RHS Chelsea and RHS Hampton Court show gardens. As passionate plants women, creating naturalistic, richly layered gardens, which all can enjoy, is at the heart of their design ethos.

Flora and Victoria say: “After realising how creatively aligned we were when training together we vowed that we would partner up. In 2023 we decided to put that ambition into action. This has culminated in our partnership and the creation of the Making Sense Garden. For us, the RHS Hampton Court Show is without question a hugely respected event in the horticultural calendar. To be an integral part of this year’s show represents an enormous personal privilege and an exciting opportunity.”
