Sitting Below the Mulberry Tree

Back to Back Gardens
This garden has been designed with a mature family in mind, as a space to be together and escape the stresses of life with an illness.

The main structures are two moulded concrete benches. Serpentine in shape they soften the space. Resin bound gravel with limestone pavers set out in singular and triplet formations add interest to the central space.

The water feature, split over two levels, adds another sensory element as the water drops from the wall down to a narrow ground level pool. A slatted fence allows users to see through the gaps but still retains privacy and enclosure.
