NSPCC Legacy Garden

Back to Back Gardens
Designer Andy Walker spent many childhood holidays in the Lake District. Here those happy memories are brought to life with a recreation of the Lakeland garden he visited and where his lifelong passion for gardening grew.

A wealth of perennials fill the garden with colour. Beautiful streamside plants surround a beck flowing through the garden. A handmade seat, provides a resting place to contemplate the scene and a drystone wall bounds the garden. Beyond this the open fells beckon.

Do you have a favourite childhood garden?  Help us create more happy childhoods by leaving the NSPCC a gift in your will.
