Synonyms
Eucalyptus stuartiana
Very large, evergreen tree about 40m tall, and endemic to south-eastern Australia, with grey, fibrous, flaky bark with patches of white throughout, and green young stems. Juvenile leaves are broadly oval, light grey-green and adult leaves are narrow, lance-shaped, glossy green to 20cm long with distinct veining. Clusters of white flowers in groups of 7 appear in autumn followed by rounded, woody fruits
