Step into Spring feeling a healthier, happier you! Learn about the links between health, happiness and horticulture. Join us to learn about healthy eating, grow your own, the benefits of gardening and being in the outdoors. There will be talks, demonstrations, thai chi in the garden, walks, a juice bar, a range of different exhibitors, and a healthy menu in our restaurant. In the shop there will also be a display showcasing what herbs can be used for.

Normal garden admission applies. Please note that this event will be outside in the garden and the exhibitors will be housed in a marquee.
