Workshop
Mindful Art
This Mindful Art workshop will inspire and relax by fostering a connection with nature through the use of oil pastels and watercolour pencils. Through guided warm-up exercises and observational drawings of the Spring planting, participants will celebrate nature and focus on their well-being while engaging with the natural shapes and colours in the beautiful RHS Garden Bridgewater. Therapeutic arts practitioner Steffie Elhassan will lead the workshop. Confidence with drawing is not necessary to enjoy the workshop, and it is open to adults of all abilities. Tutor: Steffie Elhassan, Therapeutic Arts Practitioner at Steffie’s Arts Space Location and Arrival Information: The workshop will take place in the Learning Studios, situated within the Welcome Building. Part of this workshop will take place outdoors, so please bring waterproof and warm clothing. Catering: Tea and coffee will be provided For this workshop, you will need: All materials are provided. Skill Level: Beginner – I am keen to learn and to develop my experience and confidence.
