The RHS Gardening Advice Team are running Grow Your Own Gift workshops in November to help new gardeners to grow a gift. At RHS Garden Bridgewater we believe plants are for sharing, and with so many festivities coming soon, we hope that budding gardeners will join us and combine gardening with gift giving this season. Giving the gift of a living plant can give your family and friends a present that will give joy and intrigue beyond the special day that they receive it. During this workshop for Absolute Beginners attendees will cover:
  • How to plant and grow a variety of bulbs for Christmas presents
  • How to make mini indoor cacti and succulent gardens
  • How to plant up a simple outdoor patio container for Christmas and early spring interest
  • Hardy herbs for a winter windowsill
The Grow Your Own Gift workshop is suitable for Adults, and aimed at those new to gardening. If you love to grow plants, consider yourself a gardener, take your friends and family along with you and learn how to give them the gift of plants.
