Group visits for RHS Affiliated Societies

Affiliated Society groups can take advantage of discounted rates to RHS Flower Shows and a free visit to an RHS Garden

The RHS Affiliated Societies scheme supports nearly 2,500 gardening clubs and societies throughout the UK and overseas. RHS Affiliated Societies have access to a wealth of benefits, knowledge and resources, including one free annual visit for up to 55 people to an RHS Garden (excluding RHS Garden Flower Shows and Glow) and discounted rates to RHS Flower Shows.

RHS Gardens: Visiting with your group

RHS Affiliated Societies can visit one of our five gardens for free annually for up to 55 people, which includes RHS Gardens – Bridgewater, Greater Manchester, Harlow Carr, North Yorkshire, Hyde Hall, Essex, Rosemoor, North Devon, Wisley, Surrey.

Group benefits

  • RHS Affiliated Societies receive one free visit as a group per year to one RHS Garden for up to a maximum of 55 visitors (exclusions apply during some special events) 
  • Visits outside the one free visit per year, RHS Affiliated Society members receive discounted rates for groups of 15+ paying visitors on garden entrance and guidebooks
  • Enhance your visit with a private tour of the garden led by one of our volunteer guides at an additional supplement
  • One complimentary ticket for the group organiser when booking a paid visit

  • Group catering packages to treat your taste buds to delicious seasonal produce
  • Free coach parking and nearby drop-off from the main Welcome Building
  • Free refreshment voucher for the coach driver when booking a paid visit
  • Access to mobility aids to assist your group around our gardens (refundable deposit required)
  • Two carer places free of charge for those accompanying visitors whose disability necessitates their support
  • RHS members have in-group free entrance to the garden and can bring one guest free of charge

To request a group visit to a garden, private guided tour and/or catering package, complete our online booking form with your RHS Affiliated Society name, contact info and group details. You’ll get an email to confirm your booking.

Our RHS Flower Shows – Urban ShowMalvern Spring Festival, Chelsea Flower Show, Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival, and Flower Show Tatton Park offer a perfect day out for RHS Affiliated Societies.
