This traditional second early, bred over 100 years ago in Scotland, is easy to grow and produces a uniform crop with good yields. The tubers are oval, white skinned with white flesh and have a floury texture and delicious flavour. Suitable for all cooking uses but cook with skins on to retain the flavour.
