A dessert cultivar bearing medium to large apples with a lumpy, irregular shape. The skin is yellow flushed with dark red and the coarse-grained flesh has a sweet-sharp flavour that develops fully after one month of storage. Although these apples can be stored for up to five months, they may lose their crispness and become mealy if stored for too long
