'Rich Echoes' is a clump-forming plant with rather low upright to spreading foliage; to 120cm high, clump 120cm wide. The compact, oblong flower heads, a rich, warm orange fading to yellow, are borne well above the foliage on dark stems. May have two flushes of flowers, in early summer and autumn

How to grow

Cultivation

Best grown in a sandy soil that has been enriched with humus but any deep, moist but well-drained soil will do. Full sun is best; can tolerate partial shade but flowering is reduced

Propagate by division of established clumps in late spring. Propagate by taking offshoots from the crown
