A round red cabbage variety producing large, tightly packed hearts with crisp, ruby red leaves with an excellent flavour that can be harvested between July and October. It has a good standing ability and stores well once harvested

How to Grow

Cultivation

Grow in fertile, moist but well drained soil in full sun. Sow indoors from February to May and transplant when seedlings have 5-6 true leaves, or sow direct from late March at a depth of 1cm and 23cm between rows. See vegetable cultivation
