This is first early potato takes a week or two longer than other cultivars to bulk up but then produces a high number of tubers per plant. It can also be left in the ground longer which results in a larger, more floury potato. It is a firm favourite with creamy-white flesh that rarely discolours on cooking and is best boiled as a salad or new potato. It has good resistance to Potato scab, mild mosaic virus, slugs and bruising.
