A bushy annual with ovate, mid-green leaves. Produces small white flowers from the leaf axils in summer, which go on to produce long, edible fruits, 6-7 inches in length. Fruits have thick walls and emerge yellow, turning to dark red when fully ripe. A sweet and mild variety, good for stuffing or for pickling
