We have combined these two powerful search tools into a single Find a Plant service searching over 250,000 plant records.
Virtually all of the features of the old searches are still available and in addition we have added several new features to create a more comprehensive and user friendly search experience.

Other common names
pampas grass 'Pumila'
Cortaderia are robust evergreen grasses forming large, compact tufts of narrowly linear, rough-edged leaves, with erect stems bearing dense silvery or pink-tinged flower panicles which are excellent for drying
'Pumila' is a perennial, evergreen grass forming a compact clump of narrow, arching dark green leaves to 45cm in length. Silky creamy-white plumes are freely borne on stems to 1.2m in height in late summer
