Facilities & Security

Useful information

This is a temporary outdoor event held on open parkland and is subject to changing weather and ground conditions. While some temporary trackway is in place, much of the event takes place on open ground, so care should be taken when moving around the site.

We recommend checking the weather forecast on the day of your visit and considering how any adverse weather may affect ground conditions. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the environment.

In extreme weather, access may be restricted in the interest of safety. Random bag searches are in operation.

Show guides

The RHS Flower Show Tatton Park show guide provides show information, complete exhibitor listings, highlights and a fully illustrated guide to the Show Gardens and Show Features. The guide also contains a detailed map of the showground.

Dogs

RHS Flower Show Tatton Park allows one well-behaved pet dog per ticket booking. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and will not be allowed into any of the indoor restaurant areas. Please fully consider the welfare of your pet, and whether the show environment is suitable, before deciding to bring them.

Baby changing and feeding facilities are available on site and will be clearly marked on the showground map.

Children under 16 can enter free of charge, with tickets available to book online. Student tickets are available at a reduced rate.

If you get separated from your family/party or children at the show, please advise the closest steward who will be able to assist you.

Please contact us at Shows customer care for further information.

RHS Gardening Advice

RHS Gardening Advice stands are staffed by expert advisors offering guidance on a wide range of topics. To help protect plant health, please bring photographs of any plant problems rather than live material. This applies when visiting the advice stands and exhibitors in the Floral Marquee, helping to safeguard all plants at the show.
