Facilities

Useful information

This is a temporary, outdoor event on open parkland and is subject to varying weather and ground conditions. Although some temporary trackway is laid, much of the event is staged on open ground and care must be taken.

We therefore advise that you check the weather forecast on the day of your visit, consider the nature of the event and the effects of any inclement weather on surface conditions, and wear suitable clothing and footwear. In extreme weather conditions, access may be restricted in the interest of safety. Random bag searches are in operation.

Show Guides

The RHS Sandringham show guide includes the complete exhibitor listings, show highlights and a fully illustrated guide to the show gardens and features. The Show Guide also contains a detailed map of the showground.

Show guides cost £11 and can be purchased at the show or online in advance.

We have a shop-and-drop facility where you will be able to leave your purchases for collection at the end of your visit. This is a free service.

Student tickets are available from £10.

RHS Gardening Advice

The RHS Gardening Advice stand is staffed by our team of experts.

At the RHS we are committed to protecting plant health and ask that visitors bring photographs of their plant problems to our shows rather than live plant material. This applies when visiting the RHS Gardening Advice stands or exhibitors and will help to safeguard all the plants at the shows.

Payments

Payment for tickets and Show Guides is by card only. For other vendors, card payments are the preferred method. There are no cash machines at the show.

Accessibility

Accessibility at the show

We want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to enjoy RHS Sandringham Flower Show. For a complete guide on what to expect before you arrive, when you arrive and during your visit, please see our detailed accessibility guide.

See accessibility information for our other RHS Shows.

Quiet times

The RHS is committed to making our shows as accessible as possible.  With this aim in mind, we are introducing an exclusive 3pm entry ticket every day (excluding Sunday 26 July) for visitors who may find the showground challenging or overstimulating at peak times.

This is the quietest time of day at the show and visitors will be able to enjoy all the show has to offer in an uncongested environment. There will also be a designated quiet space away from the main crowd.  This space will be clearly marked on the show map.

To make a booking for these tickets please call AXS on 0344 338 8222.  If you would prefer to book online, please contact [email protected]
