On Wednesday we welcomed multi award-winning garden designer Matt Keightley, RHS Judge James Alexander-Sinclair, RHS Director of Science Alistair Griffiths and RHS Gardening Advisor Andy Sailsbury. The questions we were asked were all about plant health and how gardening can help your own health and wellbeing.
