Latest update: We're not currently taking bookings for visits that are exclusively self-guided due to the restrictions on welfare facilities caused by Covid-19. However, we encourage you to use our resources to make the most of the self-guided element of your workshop visit.

Besides the full programme of taught sessions at Rosemoor, there's the opportunity for you to explore the garden on a self-guided visit.

  • Children will get more out of their visit if they are in small, adult-led groups and have an activity to focus on
  • We have a collection of self-guided resources (below) for teachers to use on their visit to the garden
  • Two picnic areas are available for use by self-guided groups, the Brash and the Copse
