This heritage variety is a unique looking maincrop potato that has red skin and red flesh with a white ring under the skin. It has a sweet taste and floury texture so is excellent for novelty roasties, crisps and chips and also good for steaming - they are best cooked with their skins on to retain their colour. Produces moderate yields with high numbers of tubers per plant.
