How to grow

Cultivation

Grows well in moderately fertile, well-drained soil, in sun or partial shade, sheltered away from the worst of the weather. May require winter protection in cold areas

Propagation

Propagate by taking semi-hardwood cuttings in late summer or autumn with added bottom heat. Sow seeds in containers in a cold frame as soon as ripe. Cultivars will not come true from seed
