A bushy perennial grown as an annual vegetable for its edible tubers. A high-yielding second early potato ready to lift in July/August, with waxy, pale yellow flesh, good for salads and for boiling. If lifted later in the year, it becomes more floury and better for chips, mash, baking or roasting. Said to have a very strong resistance to blight
