Tubular-shaped flowers can sometimes appear in late spring and may be orange, yellow-red or purple. Foliage colour may vary throughout the year, depending on fluctuations in light and temperature

How to grow

Cultivation

Grow in well-drained soil (preferably specialist cactus soil) in sun or partial shade. Water sparingly in winter and provide a balanced feed once or twice during the summer. See houseplant cacti and succulent cultivation for further advice
