Show-goers were inspired by magical show gardens, colourful displays and interactive features to delight all
A festival of springtime creativity
Between 5–8 May 2016, the Three Counties Showground opened its doors to the RHS Malvern Spring Festival. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with the glorious Malvern Hills as a backdrop, the show's spring fever delighted visitors and created a fabulous family day out to remember.
There was every kind of horticultural excellence at the show to inspire your gardening season and give you a taster of what could be done in your own garden.
More than 60,000 people enjoyed the gardening and food festival, which saw Alan Titchmarsh and Mary Berry headline on one of the warmest weekends of the year so far.
Other TV chefs and gardening experts included Valentine Warner, Christine Walkden, Mark Diacono, BBC Gardeners' World presenters Carol Klein and Joe Swift - and many more.

Younger gardening fans were delighted to see CBeebies TV favourite Ben Faulks as Mr Bloom together with former BBC Blue Peter Gardener Chris Collins at family day on the Sunday.

Show Gardens take centre stage
In 2016, the stunning Show Gardens took centre stage. The Festival Gardens are designed and created by those starting out in the horticulture industry. Many have gone on to achieve RHS Medals and launch successful careers.
For those new to gardening or in need of advice, there were talks and practical workshops on a wide range of gardening-related subjects. The demonstration area iwas located in the Get Going, Get Growing theatre.
Explore standout features
For families, there were a large number of school gardens to see, which is a distinctive feature of the show, and one that actively involves large numbers of school children engaging with gardening. There was also be a programme of activities that kept young people entertained throughout the day.
In the Food and Drink Pavilion, visitors found artisan producers, as well as a chance to join in cookery demonstrations and be inspired by handmade gifts and celebrity talks.
