Getting to the show

Travelling by car

The Three Counties Showground is located approximately eight miles from the M5 and M50 motorways and is easily accessible. Follow the brown road signs for The Three Counties Showground from all the main routes. Once in close proximity to the showground, follow the yellow AA signs.

Sat nav

Please input the postcode WR13 6NW when using sat nav, rather than using the address, Three Counties Showground, as this will take you to the wrong place.

Parking

There is ample free parking at the show; you will be directed to an appropriate car park on arrival. All car parks are open from 8am.

Members parking

Members’ Forward Parking is located at the front of our free North and South car parks. This area is reserved for members until 11am, after which it opens to the general public. Please print your parking pass from the email provided and display it clearly on entry, following signs for Members’ Parking.

Disabled parking

If you have a Blue Badge or have hired a scooter or wheelchair from Event Mobility, follow the wheelchair symbols to the Brown/West car park off the B4209. Where possible, parking will be on hard ground.

Charging points

Six 7.2kW Type 2 charging points are available inside the Gold Parking gate during the RHS Malvern Spring Festival. They are free to use on a first-come, first-served basis, and you do not need a Gold Parking pass. Please move your car once charging is complete.

Travelling by train

Rail passengers should travel to Great Malvern station. Tickets can be booked via the National Rail website. There is a free shuttle bus service from Great Malvern station to the showground for the RHS Malvern Spring Festival, running from 9am to 6pm. The shuttle bus picks up from outside Great Malvern station ticket office and drops off at the showground's Red Gate. Please contact 01684 584900 for more information on the shuttle bus service.

Travelling by Coach

There is dedicated coach parking, on approach follow AA signs for Coach Parking/Brown Carpark.

In the Festival of Houseplants, you can unwind with coffee and pastries surrounded by greenery.

Accessibility at the show

General accessibility

We want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to enjoy RHS Malvern Spring Festival. For a complete guide on what to expect before you arrive, when you arrive and during your visit, please see the detailed guide.

Please note: This is a permanent showground with many hard-floored areas. There is trackway within the Malvern Floral Marquee, but some exhibits are located in grassed areas. All buildings, catering and seating areas are accessible.

Disabled assistance

Attendants cannot be provided but one companion is admitted free of charge per visitor whose disability necessitates assistance. Please mention this at the time of booking as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Proof of eligibility is required and all tickets are subject to availability.

Wheelchairs

Manual wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available for hire, but must be booked in advance (please note that attendants cannot be provided). Please contact Event Mobility, 3 Racecourse Road, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 2EY by post with your request.

There is a £10 donation for the hire of a manual wheelchair and a £30 donation for the hire of a mobility scooter. Designated parking areas are available for vehicles displaying a badge – please use the Brown Gate entrance.

Accessible toilets

There are disabled toilet facilities located throughout the showground.

The Mobiloo will be available daily at RHS Malvern Spring Festival, located next to the gents’ toilets by Brown Gate. This mobile toilet and personal care facility is designed for visitors who cannot transfer unaided or require carer support. It includes an electric hoist, adult-sized changing bench, toilet and wash basin, with an attendant available to assist new users.

Facilities & Security

Useful information

This is an event which is staged both inside and out, and as such is subject to varying weather and ground conditions. We therefore advise that you check the weather forecast for the day of your visit, consider the nature of the event and the effects of any inclement weather on surface conditions, and wear suitable clothing and footwear.

If you are looking for further information or help at the show, please make your way to the Show Office.

Show guides

The RHS Malvern Spring Guide includes the complete exhibitor listings, show highlights and a fully illustrated guide to the Show Gardens and features. The Show Guide also contains a detailed map of the showground.

Accommodation

For details about local hotel accommodation, visit The Malverns website.

Dogs

RHS Malvern Spring Festival allows dogs with a ticket on specified days, please see their dog policy page for more details.

All other days only guide and assistance dogs can be admitted, no pet animals. Please do not leave dogs unattended in parked cars.

Plant crèche and porter service

Two plant crèches are available near the Friesian Pavilion and Floral Marquee for storing purchases during the day, with all items to be collected by day’s end and left at the owner’s risk. A porter service run by the local Sea Cadets can assist in moving purchases to a collection point, and a pot‑swapping station in the Plant Village allows visitors to exchange plastic pots for plantable sleeves, with all collected plastic pots recycled after the festival.

Lost property/people

If you misplace items at the show, please report this to the Information Office. If you get separated from your family/party or children at the show, please advise the closest steward who will be able to assist you.

ATMs and payments

There is one cash point on site and transactions are subject to a charge.

RHS Gardening Advice

RHS Gardening Advice stands are staffed by expert advisors offering guidance on a wide range of topics. To help protect plant health, please bring photographs of any plant problems rather than live material. This applies when visiting the advice stands and exhibitors in the Floral Marquee, helping to safeguard all plants at the show.
