RHS Garden Wisley is a garden for all seasons, and as we enter the eagerly anticipated spring, Wisley comes alive as hundreds of flowering cherries light up the garden with white and pink blossom. We're lucky to have a wealth of mature and flowering cherries, including more than 140 Yoshino cherry trees (Prunus × yedoensis) on the Welcome Landscape.

To celebrate the arrival of cherry blossom season, we invite you to join our expert Garden team on a tour of the magnificent cherry trees at Wisley, followed by a four-course Asian-inspired set menu* in the Terrace Restaurant. 

During dessert and coffee, special guest speaker Christopher Sanders, is giving a talk on ornamental-flowering cherries.

Canapes

  • Okonomiyaki

Starters

  • Chirashi sushi, 'scattered sushi' of tuna, salmon, smoked eel and caviar

Main Course

  • Grilled rump of beef, miso sauce, caramelised walnuts, cassava crisps and baby leeks 
  • Soy and sesame aubergine, caramelised walnuts, cassava crisps and baby leeks (VG)

Dessert

  • Wobbly cheesecake with yuzu ice cream (vegan option available on request)
