Join us from Friday 5 – Sunday 7 July 2024, for a schedule of wellbeing activities taking place within the gorgeous surroundings of RHS Garden Wisley.
With a variety of activities taking place over the three days, such as Yoga by the Riverside Walk, and Sound Baths in the Hilltop Garden Room, there is plenty to take part in, all aimed at improving wellbeing.

Sound Baths

Friday 5 July and Sunday 7 July, 10.30am – 11.30am, 12.30pm – 1.30pm, 3pm – 4pm
Take part in deep relaxation sound journey sessions using a range of gongs, singing bowls and gentle percussion for health and wellbeing. Listen to the calming sounds of a variety of gongs, singing bowls and gentle percussion in a therapeutic sonic experience for relaxation and wellbeing. Rebalance yourself with sound.
Suitable for ages 18+, please bring a yoga mat
New moon drumming meditation workshop with The Conscious Cabin
Friday 5 July, 1pm – 2.30pm
Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 July, 2.30pm – 4pm
Everyone is welcome, regardless of their drumming or meditation experience. This workshop can either be used as a learning platform for meditation or a deeper journey and experience. Simply meditating to the rhythmical sound of the drumbeat can help to: reduce anxiety, improve mood, aid deep relaxation, improve mental clarity.
Suitable for ages 18+, please bring a yoga mat and a full water bottle to these sessions
Yoga – mindful movement and meditation for summer with The Conscious Cabin
Riverside Walk
Friday 5 July, 10.30am – 11.30am
Saturday 6 and 7 July, 11.30pm – 12.30pm
Immersed in nature, we align ourselves with the season and energies of summer. Suitable for anyone with or without yoga, meditation, inner work experience. There will be a beautiful balance of movement and stillness, where the breath, body and energy guides throughout along with a gentle invitation to inquire within.

Drop-in craft sessions
Seven Acres (no booking required)
Friday 5 – Sunday 7 July, 10am–4pm
Join these drop-in craft workshops taking place on Seven Acres lawn to relax with a mindful craft activity. Suitable for both adults and children, these workshops are a great way to slow down and focus your mind.
