Join the Pelargonium and Geranium Society for their 2024 National Show. 

Visitors can enjoy wonderful displays of these popular plants - join talks and presentations on care and propagation and speak to the friendly experts for help and advice. 

RHS Garden Wisley holds part of the National Collection of Pelargonium, in particular the species, species hybrids, stellars, miniature stellars, dwarf zonals and zonartics. The collection can be seen during May-June in The Glasshouse and over the summer in the wider garden in container displays.

Visitors can purchase plants from Fibrex Nursery, as well as rare and unusual pelargoniums supplied by Plant Heritage.

Talks Schedule:
11.30 – Welcome to Plant Heritage
2.30 – Growing pelargoniums and geraniums at home

Plant Heritage will be providing demonstrations and advice on propagating and taking cuttings of pelargoniums and geraniums throughout the day. 
 
The glasshouse will hold a display of the Wisley pelargonium national collection with varieties including:
  • Ivy-Leaved Group- Pelargonium ‘Galilee’, P.’Ville de Paris’, P.’Yale’ 
  • Zonal Group- P. zonale
  • Dwarf zonal – P. ‘Amy’, P. ‘Bold Princess’
  • Angel Group- P. ‘Fir Tree Catkins’
  • Regal Group- P. salmoneum (white and Pink forms)
  • Unique Group- P. ‘Paton’s Unique’
  • Zonartic Group- P. ‘Australian Mystery’, P. ‘Colorado’, P. ‘Amazon’
  • Stellar Group- P. ‘Golden Ears’, P. ‘Jazzy’
  • Scented Leaves- P. graveolens, P. citronellum, Pelargonium ‘Chocolate Peppermint’
  • Species and Hybrids- P. lanceolatum, P. cotyledonis, P. triste, P. Echinatum Album’
