Coronavirus statement

We continue to adhere to and are following current Government advice about Coronavirus (Covid-19)

When visiting the RHS Gardens

If you or any members of your group have Covid-19 symptoms, or if you have recently tested positive for Covid-19, please postpone your visit to the gardens until you are testing negative.

During your visit

Your safety and the safety of our staff and volunteers is of paramount importance. We continue to revisit and update our policies to reflect the latest Government guidance.

We continue to enforce measures including regular cleaning and sanitising of all shared areas, and ventilation where possible. All indoor areas have re-opened including the glasshouses, alpine houses and eateries throughout the gardens.

Although there is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering, we do ask that you wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces, including the ticket entrance, gift shop and garden centre, in line with Government guidance.
