I started to fall in love with alpines during my time as a student

I am currently a horticulturist with the Alpine Team at RHS Garden Wisley, having previously trained here for two years on the Wisley Diploma in Practical Horticulture.

Before this, I spent a year training at Cambridge University Botanic Garden and spent two years at Capel Manor College prior to that. I started to fall in love with alpines during my time as a student, and here at Wisley we strive to share the best in gardening with our visitors.

For me, specifically, that means showing and educating the public about alpine and rock garden plants by looking after areas such as the Display House and the Rock Garden whilst also attending alpine shows, where we can engage with the public directly.
