I  have a  background as a chef and have worked with the RHS for a number of years, most recently championing our  Quality Assurance. I am a keen gardener and, living locally, is a regular at Wisley. I have an extreme eye for detail and a passion for quality, local ingredients.

Garden Buyer
for and from the Garden, all produce,
food and drinks
 
Liaise with the gardens team on growing and
harvesting the produce
 
Source both local and national Wisley approved
produce and products
 
Develop menus
 
Work closely with the Kitchen Manager on
maintaining standards and delivery of the food offer
