A bushy, English shrub rose, to around 1m tall and wide, with glossy mid-green foliage and lightly-scented semi-double blooms, opening a deep pink before fading to a paler pink with age and borne in flushes from summer into autumn

How to Grow

Cultivation

Grows best in fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in a sunny, open position, but will tolerate poorer soils. Mulch in late winter and, to improve flowering, apply a balanced fertiliser in late winter or early spring and again in early summer. See rose cultivation

Propagate by softwood cuttings in early to mid spring, hardwood cuttings in late summer to autumn or by chip budding in summer
