A bushy shrub rose about 1.5m tall, with glossy dark green leaves, and fragrant, small, fully double, pale pink, rosette blooms fading to almost white with age, darker in the centre with a tiny green eye, flowering almost to the ground and repeat-flowering in summer and autumn; named for the RHS garden in Devon
