Bushy rose about 1.2m tall, with healthy dark green leaves on slightly arching branches, and from early summer to autumn bearing clusters of deep coral pink tight buds opening to fragrant, semi-double blooms of coral to salmon pink, with golden anthers. Comissioned by the National Trust to commemorate the former owner of Polesdon Lacey

How to Grow

Cultivation

Grow in fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in full sun. Mulch with well-rotted organic matter in late winter or early spring, and for best flowering apply a general rose or shrub fertiliser in early spring and again in early summer. See rose cultivation
