A modern climbing rose to about 3.5m tall, with very dark green foliage, tinted glossy purple, and masses of rounded to cupped, scented, semi-double pink blooms with a deeper reverse to the petals, flowering almost continuously through summer and into autumn

How to Grow

Cultivation

Grow in fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in full sun or part shade, suits a north-facing situation. Mulch with well-rotted organic matter in late winter or early spring, and for best flowering apply a general rose or shrub fertiliser in early spring and again in early summer. See rose cultivation

For home use, propagate by hardwood cuttings in autumn, softwood cuttings (under glass) in spring or summer or by chip budding in summer
