Sunday Lunch Menu – 13 November

At this time of year an abundance of home-grown vegetables and fruit are delivered daily to the kitchen – we prepare all of this produce and use it in our Sunday lunch dishes. Enjoy!


Bread & butter



Soup of the day & Wisley bread
Severn & Wye smoked salmon, capers, shallots, lemon
Butternut squash, Sussex feta, toasted thyme breadcrumbs salad (V)



Grilled chicken breast, Brussels sprout slaw, mustard vinaigrette
Roast fish, blistered peppers, Swiss chard & butterbean stew
Leek & Barkham blue tart, apple coleslaw (V)


Roast top  rump of beef
Served  with Yorkshire pudding, roasted vegetables & potatoes


Chocolate cheesecake
Vanilla rice pudding, spiced pear compote
 Baked apple, cardamon cream
High Weald cheddar & apple chutney


Cafetiere of coffee or selection of loose leaf tea
